Engineering and technology hub, created with the social goal of supporting the city's entrepreneurship in the field of engineering and construction. The hub is designed for 200 workplaces. The central element of the hub was the radial design of meeting rooms. The main highlight of the hub will be a bar made of metal and a large terrace to which part of the workplaces will be moved in the warm summer period. We have created a stylish, modern and mobile space for transformations.
PLANNING
Rational space planning is always the basis of offices and hubs. The main tasks of this project: place 200 jobs, plan communications, consider closing the premises. The hub is part of a four-story reconstruction project of the city's historic thermal border. The bar, which is located in the hub, is planned in such an area that it can be accessed from other floors even when the work area is safely closed by glass structures. There is also a well-planned rest area on the terrace, which consists of 3 parts: a quiet work area, a quiet rest area, and a play area.
